Management of the Equine MÃ © physician

Last weekend, during the FIFA Minan Kuilan, I had the opportunity to speak with Melba Figueroa on School Puertorriqueà ± a of Equestrian Art and a very interesting course which will be starting this week ... I leave the information n the course that explains by sa same ... and I urge those who can take it as it is an extraordinary opportunity to increase our knowledge on the care and management of our horses ...

School Puertorriqueà ± a Art Ecuestr and reports that will offer a course for amateur horse who wish to acquire the knowledge to recognize the basic necessities of the horse, whether his horse one of sports, exhibicià ³ n, breeding or pleasure, the course is design to give ± ado necessary tools to care for and keep horses healthy. No one can deny that the best horse is the horse healthy, but it is surprising how little we know about the health of the horse.

To keep our horses in working condition often rely on making annual visits to the vet, or when we call in emergencies. But we must remember the saying â € OEMA s better safe than having to remedy €, and this applies to both horses and humans. To avoid diseases is of vital importance to know to care for the horse, provide a nutritious diet, and regularly ask the vet check it. It is necessary that people who have horses learn what s more they can about horse health. This knowledge will help you recognize the symptoms before it becomes a serious condition. Colon, VMD, MS., Graduated with Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and Equine Surgery Residency and Masters degree of Science in Surgery from Ohio State University. Professor, School of Veterinary Medicine Ohio State University in 1985-1997. Dr. Luis A. Colón has 37 years experience ± year as MÃ © DVM.

The seminar will be divided into 10 sessions covering n the following topics:
