This to me is a bit confused and that is: as a partner PFHA agree not allowed to participate in the skills our individuals of trotting and cantering etc, on the other hand is very to PFHA old and has been apart of the future and the future of the Paso Fino horse, with this new rule and rule allow 5 judges are judging DONE more to what is CONFEPASO and therefore is modernizing quite a bit that they lack do.
